WHAT WE HANDLE

Know the process.
Know what happens next.

Know your point of contact. Understand the work.

You should feel informed throughout your timeshare exit process.

At My Timeshare Exit Plan, we explain the work before you enroll, coordinate the services included in your agreement, and keep you informed as your case progresses.

01. Your ownership review

We begin with your situation: what you own, whether it is paid off or financed, your ongoing expenses, and why you want to explore an exit.

We review what you have already tried and discuss the information needed to assess your options.

02. Your document review

We provide a checklist of the records needed to understand your ownership.

These may include your purchase agreement, ownership documents, financing agreement, recent statements, and relevant correspondence.

After enrollment, provide the initial requested information and documents within 14 calendar days after receiving your document checklist. If a record is unavailable, notify your coordinator before the deadline so the next steps can be documented.

If something is missing, we help you identify where to request it.

03. Your written service plan

Before you commit, you receive an agreement explaining the services included, the fees, the intended result, your responsibilities, the completion deadline, and the applicable guarantee.

We identify which work our team handles and whether another professional is required. Any additional services or charges require your approval before that work begins.

04. Your case coordination

Your assigned coordinator organizes the agreed work, tracks outstanding items, and lets you know when documents, signatures, or other action are needed.

If new information affects the proposed approach, we explain what has changed and discuss the next steps with you.

05. Your progress updates

You receive an update at least once every 30 days, including when we are waiting for a response.

We also contact you when there is a significant development or an action you need to take.

Your updates explain what has happened, what remains outstanding, and what comes next.

06. Your final documentation

We explain the documents supporting the resolution and how they address the objectives in your agreement.

If financing is involved, we distinguish the loan’s status from the ownership’s status. We also identify any remaining obligations stated in the resolution.

You receive copies of the relevant records for your files.

What we need from you

Provide accurate information, share relevant notices and correspondence, and respond promptly to requests for documents or signatures.

Whenever something is unclear, ask. You deserve to understand the work being performed on your behalf.

What happens after you contact us?

A member of our team will contact you within two business days using your preferred contact method.

Your first conversation covers your ownership, your concerns, and the information needed to determine whether our services fit your situation.

Completing the questionnaire does not enroll you or commit you to a service agreement.
