My Timeshare Exit Plan / Questions

Your ownership

Can you help with a paid-off timeshare?

Yes. We review paid-off ownerships, including the agreement, ongoing maintenance fees and any previous exit attempts. Paying off the purchase loan does not necessarily end the ownership or its recurring charges. Our team reviews your documents before confirming the services appropriate to your situation.

Can you help if I still owe on the loan?

We consider financed timeshares for paid exit assistance. Your ownership and your loan are reviewed separately, and your written service plan states whether the proposed work addresses the ownership, the financing, or both. An ownership release alone does not establish that the loan has been resolved.

What if my maintenance fees are overdue?

We offer a package for paid-off timeshares with delinquent maintenance fees. Share your latest statements and any collection notices so the proposed approach can account for outstanding charges. The service fee does not pay those charges or automatically erase them.

Can you help with multiple timeshares?

Yes. Choose Multiple Timeshares and add a separate entry for every ownership you want reviewed. For each one, enter the resort, location, whether it is paid off or financed, and whether maintenance fees are current. You can add or remove entries, and the estimate updates automatically.

Pricing and service

What does each package cost?

Our standard service fees are $3,999 for a paid-off timeshare with current maintenance fees, $5,999 for a paid-off timeshare with delinquent maintenance fees, and $9,999 for a financed timeshare. All prices are in USD. Our team confirms the details and scope before enrollment. Compare the packages.

How does the additional-timeshare discount work?

The first ownership entered is charged at its standard package price. Each additional ownership receives 15% off its own applicable service fee; the discounts do not compound. For example, a $3,999 first ownership plus a $9,999 additional financed ownership produces an estimated service total of $12,498.15. Your itemized written agreement confirms the final total.

What services are included?

We review ownership information, organize the documents needed for the proposed work, provide a written service plan and coordinate the services included in your agreement. Your assigned coordinator tracks outstanding items and keeps you informed. The agreement identifies the intended result, responsibilities, fees and any involvement of another professional. See our process.

Does the service fee pay my loan or resort charges?

No. The service fee pays for the assistance described in your agreement. It is separate from loan balances, maintenance fees, assessments and other resort charges. Any additional services or charges require your approval before that work begins.

Are you a law firm?

No. My Timeshare Exit Plan provides administrative assistance and case coordination; we do not provide legal advice or act as your attorney. If your case requires legal services, your written plan identifies the role of an appropriately licensed independent professional and any separate engagement or charges before you decide to proceed.

Process and expectations

What documents will I need?

Commonly requested records include your purchase agreement, deed or membership documents, financing agreement, recent loan and maintenance-fee statements, and relevant correspondence. Include upgrade agreements and records of earlier exit attempts when applicable. After enrollment, provide the initial requested information and documents within 14 calendar days after receiving your document checklist. If a record is unavailable, notify your coordinator before the deadline so the next steps can be documented. You do not need to upload documents to complete the questionnaire; if records are missing, we help identify where to request them.

How long does an exit take?

Timing depends on the ownership, financing, available documents and responses from the parties involved. Your service agreement provides the start date and completion deadline before enrollment. Any extension requires your written agreement. Completing the questionnaire does not start an exit or a completion deadline.

How will I receive progress updates?

After enrollment, your assigned coordinator tracks the work included in your agreement. You receive an update at least once every 30 days, including when we are waiting for a response, and when a significant development or action is needed. Updates explain what has happened, what remains outstanding and what comes next.

Should I stop paying while pursuing an exit?

Do not stop payments based solely on this website, an inquiry or an expectation that an exit will succeed. Existing payment obligations generally continue unless they are changed or ended through an applicable agreement or other valid resolution. Missed payments can lead to additional charges, collections and credit consequences. Seek advice specific to your situation from an appropriately licensed professional before changing payments.

Could an exit affect my credit?

Credit effects depend on your account history, payment status, reporting and the terms of any resolution. We do not promise that an exit will have no credit impact or remove accurate negative information. If a report contains an error, it can be disputed through the appropriate process. Read the CFPB’s credit-report guidance.

What if I purchased or upgraded very recently?

Review the cancellation instructions in your purchase documents promptly. Applicable cancellation rights, deadlines and delivery requirements depend on the agreement and governing law; there is no single deadline that applies to every ownership. Filling out our questionnaire does not cancel a contract, deliver a cancellation notice or extend a deadline. Obtain qualified advice promptly if you are unsure how to preserve your rights.

Guarantee and getting started

What does the 110% service guarantee cover, and when does it apply?

Eligible clients may request 110% of the covered service fees paid directly to us if the result specified in their agreement has not been achieved by its stated completion deadline and the agreement’s requirements have been met. It does not refund the original timeshare purchase price, loan payments, maintenance fees, resort charges or separately contracted third-party services. You receive the coverage, deadline, conditions and refund procedure before you sign or pay. Read the full guarantee.

What happens when I complete the questionnaire?

Currently, the questionnaire prepares a case overview in your browser that you can review and download. It does not send an inquiry to our team, store your answers with us, enroll you in a service or collect payment. Keep your downloaded overview for a future consultation; leaving or reloading the page clears the information.

Does the maintenance-fee projection show what I will definitely owe?

No. It illustrates what your fees could total using the annual amount you enter and an assumed yearly increase between 3% and 8%. Your current annual fee counts as Year 1; the selected increase applies in later years. Actual increases vary, and the projection excludes loans, special assessments and other charges. It is an illustration, not a confirmed debt or guaranteed savings. Explore the projection.
